Meat Masala


1.5 kg lamb, 50 g Mayil masala of spices for meat, 100 g sliced onions, 30 g crushed garlic, 30 g crushed ginger, 10 curry leaves, 100 g sliced tomatoes, 25 g coriander leaves, 100 ml vegetable oil, salt and pepper.


  • Cut the lamb meat into pieces and marinate with Mayil masala of spices for meat for 10 minutes.
  • Sweat onions, garlic, ginger and curry leaves.
  • Add the marinated meat, salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Put in tomatoes and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with coriander leaves.
  • Best served with white rice and chutney.
